The second SCAN-ME event will be hosted at University Hospital Southampton in the Heartbeat Lecture Theatre. Directions to the Heartbeat Education Centre from the Main Entrance can be found here.
DO you have an interesting Echo case?
This year we are excited to announce the introduction of case presentations! Three interesting echo cases will be short-listed from those submitted.
If short-listed, we will ask you to prepare a 10-minute PowerPoint presentation on your case, to deliver at SCAN-ME 2026.
To submit, email the following to SCAN-ME@uhs.nhs.uk:
A written summary of your case (max 200 words).
Up to 3 summarising echo video clips / frames (fully anonymised).
Submissions close Wednesday 30th September 2026 at 18:00.
